October is always a particularly insane month for new releases, and 2024 is certainly no exception with a host of amazing games due out. We could have made this a top ten and still had to leave out games we're excited about. In October the PC world can finally get their hands on the game that thrust Supermassive Games into the limelight, enter a pastel-coloured virtual world from the creators of The Wardrobe, make (sshhhh) not a sound in the videogame spinoff of a popular horror movie series, explore the lands of the living and dead alike in a long-awaited Burton-esque point-and-click, and rejoin the original heroine of the Life Is Strange series for a new superpowered thriller.
