The odyssey of SpaceVenture

"SpaceVenture" isn’t just the name of the highly anticipated new sci-fi comedy adventure from the Guys from Andromeda (aka Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy, creators of Space Quest), it also describes the long, winding, and often arduous journey of the game itself, from its original announcement and successful Kickstarter campaign over a decade ago, to its backer-only release in 2022, and finally to its imminent public launch on Steam. 

It’s a story deserving of its own show, so Joshua and Jack welcome the other key guy from Andromeda, Chris Pope, to tell us all – well, almost all – about what happened behind the scenes, why even now it’s arriving in Early Access, and what we can expect of the game itself. It will be launching April 1st on Steam, but it's no April Fool’s joke! It's really happening at last, so join us for an insightful look at what went down and what more is still to come.
