Five Top Upcoming Adventure Games – August 2023

So many new games, so hard to keep track! This list is by no means exhaustive, but our latest trailer compilation shines a spotlight on five of the most promising new adventures we’re most excited about, due for release this month. August includes a quirky hand-drawn afterlife adventure; an urban fantasy tale filled with romance, murder and music; a story-driven first-person thriller set on Mars; an original new whodunit starring the Queen of Crime's most famous detective; and a solitary "poetic" deep-sea diving adventure published by Quantic Dream.
