The Classic Gamers Guild Podcast – The making of The Phantom Fellows and a Sierra point-and-click battle!
In some ways, life at the Classic Gamers Guild Podcast was business as usual for hosts Paul Korman and Anna Vigue, with two more funny, wonderfully engaging shows on tap. But September wasn't just any month, as Paul's own delightful game, The Phantom Fellows (just how delightful? Our review has all the details!) was finally released! So one show, naturally, was devoted to Paul giving the ultimate insider insights into the process of making it. And then there was a new fun new list of the best Sierra titles. (This is the CGG podcast, after all.) Here's Paul – and his cat – to introduce them both in is own words.
"In Ranking Sierra Point & Clicks, Anna and I are ranking Sierra point & clicks! Look, I'm typing this through my cat's legs while he looks deeply into my eyes so let's justvzdvd– okay, now he's sitting on most of both my arms. Look, you know the deal: there were games, now they're ranked and a bunch of laughs and nonsense happen in between. MANGIA!"
"This is it. On September 27th The Phantom Fellows was released. From Idea to Reality: The Making of The Phantom Fellows is our game developer's roadmap, how an adventure game goes from an idea to a reality.
