Having previously spoken to Dominic Armato, aka the voice behind Monkey Island's Guybrush Threepwood, it seemed remiss of me not to also hear from Alexandra Boyd, who provided the voice for Elaine Marley – at least for most of the Monkey Island games, anyway... As well as hearing about her thoughts on Elaine's change of character in Return to Monkey Island, she also gave me a scoop about why she's not in the Sea of Thieves crossover.

Whether the disagreement means Return might be the last time we hear Alexandra as Elaine remains uncertain (though she did say she'd be happy to come back), but Alexandra has plenty of projects on the go as a writer and director too, which she also spoke about. In particular, she told me about her time working on the film Titanic, and a new documentary she's made about the experience, alongside some of the other supporting cast and fans.
