General Horse and the Package of Doom may not be best FMV game ever made, but it does have the distinction of being the best – and only – "VMF" game.

Hilariously mangling such a familiar three-letter abbreviation is probably a fitting metaphor for the game itself, an incredibly weird, wacky and WTF sci-fi game that's part live-action adventure, part resource management, and wholly insane. If you've ever wondered what space haikus, Oregon Trail, Santa Claus, fashion ninjas and grotesque snowmen have in common, this is the answer to that diabolical trivia question.

It was after the offbeat and yet still-relatively-normal Viktor, a steampunk adventure (and before the more recent, similarly sane Cave Hikers) that Studio Spektar and Porcupine Parkour decided to throw caution to the wind and just have some FUN. And boy, did they ever. Their decidedly no-budget, B-movie (or lower) 2020 game is a space journey filled with random encounters that may leave you howling in laughter at the distinctive Slavic humor or completely dumbfounded at the many unhinged absurdities and shockingly low production values that would leave even Ed Wood and Tommy Wiseau shaking their heads.

In his latest and perhaps zaniest video feature yet, "General" Adventure Game Geek bravely dons his red wig and blue tights to take us on a journey through this unabashedly nutty game that you really need to see to believe. He's joined by Croatian directors (and multi-role actors) Sven Nemet and Zvonimir Barać, whose good-natured presence helps let bewildered viewers in on the joke.

Whether it's engaging in Wild West showdowns without the spaghetti but with random people pulling up in cars, or playing toy ice hockey on a desert planet populated by cultists, Geek is here to try to make sense of the nonsensical – or perhaps just get swept up in the silliness of it all and take us along for the ride.

Be sure to stick around for the blooper reel at the end, even if the bloopers are barely distinguishable from the real thing.
