Description

Hayao Maelström is a young Japanese scientist and inventor who receives a letter signed by Nikola Tesla, inviting him to an event that takes place every ten years at the Scientific Congress at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. However, as Tesla finishes his opening speech, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Tesla has disappeared! While the police are on the case, Hayao and with his dog Alpina conduct their own investigation to find out the truth behind these events.
