Titan Station launched on Windows PC

First-person 3D sci-fi mystery available now to download on Steam

Isolated space stations are magnets for trouble, at least when it comes to sci-fi adventure games. The latest case in point: the namesake setting for Joakim Larsen's newly released Titan Station.

Seeking to escape his troubles back home, a systems operator named David Miller takes a job on the remote refueling depot connected to the Saturn moon Titan. Strangely, upon his arrival there is no one to be found, though he can communicate with others over a handheld walkie-talkie. David gets busy connecting all the facility's computers to the network, but it isn't long before he realizes that something is seriously wrong, and "his mundane work turns into a struggle for his very life as he makes a shocking discovery."

Presented in free-roaming first-person 3D, Titan Station takes place both within the retrofuturistic facility and on the red-tinged, wind-swept surface of the moon it's connected to by an elevator and pipeline system. In order to uncover the truth of what's happening here and hopefully live to tell the tale, players will have to access outdated computers and even venture into cyberspace itself at times. You'll also need to discern which of the supposedly friendly voices on the other end of your radio you can really trust. Driven by its exploration and story, the game will feature only a few easy puzzles throughout a play time projected to take about 3-4 hours in total.
